What if you don't need more hours in the day?
What if you just need fewer things pulling you away from yourself?Boundaries & Belonging
You've got 47 browser tabs open in your brain...👩🏻💻 Your job needs you.
🧑🏽🦳 Your parents need you.
💖 Your partner needs you.
👶 Your kids need you.
👩🏾🐰👩🏼 Your friends need you.
🐱🐶 Even your pets need you.
And when someone asks you for something, your brain goes:
"Well… they asked. So I guess I have to say yes."
Meanwhile...
🧺 Your own laundry has been sitting there for two weeks.
📚 The book you want to read is still on your nightstand.
🪴 Your garden needs attention.
🧘🏻♀️You'd love to go to yoga.
🎨 That creative project you started six months ago is still sitting there, staring at you every time you walk by.
But somehow, everyone else's stuff keeps becoming more important than yours.
And you're tired.
Not "I need a good night's sleep" tired.
I'm tired of my entire life being organized around everybody except me, tired.
And you keep asking yourself, "what's wrong with me?" Because your default mode of just pushing through isn't working anymore.
You don't need another book telling you to wake up at 5 a.m.
Telling you how to optimize your morning routine, and somehow squeeze one more thing into your already overflowing life.
You definitely don't need another personal-growth program that convinces you this is finally the thing that's going to fix you.
I know because I've been down that road too. I spent years believing that if I could just find the right book, the right program, the right framework, I'd finally figure out what was wrong with me.
Except I wasn't broken. I was hiding.
Boundaries & Belonging is a 6-session program for introverted overthinkers who are tired of putting themselves last.
Not because you don't care about other people.
You do. That's part of the problem.
You love being useful. You love being the person people can count on.
And sometimes saying yes genuinely feels good... until it doesn't.
This is about learning how to notice the difference.
To hear your own wants and needs.
To say no without spiraling for three months afterward.
And to start making room for the parts of your life that keep getting pushed to "someday."
Reading, gardening, yoga, your awesomely weird creative projects, and your actual life.
What if you had actual time for you?Imagine...
You get asked to do something you don't want to do. And instead of automatically saying yes, you pause. You notice what you actually want.
And you realize: "Oh. I can say no."
Not because you're suddenly fearless. Not because you stopped caring what people think. But because you've started trusting your own voice.
You can disappoint someone without destroying the relationship. You can ask for what you need without writing a 14-paragraph explanation in your head first. You can rest without having to prove you've earned it.
And maybe (just maybe) you finally have enough space left over to ask: "What do I actually want to do?"
No more:
Over-explaining yourself because you're terrified they won't understood you
Feeling guilty because you'd rather stay home
Saying yes while a voice inside you screams I DON'T WANT TO DO THIS
Abandoning your creative projects because finishing them might end in disappointment
Instead you get:
More time that actually feels like yours
Rest you don't have to earn
A clearer sense for what you actually want.
The ability to ask for what you need without a guilt-shame spiral
More trust in your own decisions
A small group of people who understand you without requiring you to translate your entire soul first
"I didn't know no was an option."
"Through Boundaries & Belonging I discovered that it's possible to say no. Before this program I had the thought pattern: if you ask, I have to say yes... I'm still figuring out how to say no, but this is a jumping off point. You can tell somebody no, you can let them down gently and still be friendly afterwards."

What clients are saying…
Hi! I'm Kerstin (she/her)
Your Boundaries Coach - and apparently your fearless leader.
(My clients call me that because I don't sit at the front of the room telling you the five steps to a better life). Instead:
💪 I do the work with you.
🖊️ I journal with you.
😥 I get vulnerable with you.
❤️ I go into the trenches with you.
And then I hold the space while we walk back into the sunlight together. 🌞
I've spent the last 6+ years helping hundreds of overthinkers, overgivers and introverts learn to prioritize themselves without drowning in guilt, shame, or pushback.
I've led weekly journaling communities, ran a 10-month boundaries coaching program, and worked 1:1 with people navigating people-pleasing and the exhausting habit of helping everyone except themselves.
I'm also neurodivergent.
I'm an introverted overthinker.
And I spent most of my life believing my worth was tied to how useful I could be.
I did all the things I was "supposed" to do.
👩🏻🎓 College.
💍 Marriage.
👶 Kid.
👩🏻💻 Good job with benefits.
🏡 House.
The whole checklist.
And I was miserable (because I'd built a life around what I was supposed to want instead of getting curious about what I actually wanted).
Eventually I realized something:
I didn't need to fix myself. I needed to stop hiding from myself.
I want you to have the tools to let your shiny, sparkly, weird, freaky self actually live.
And yes, we're going to laugh. Shenanigans are one of my core values.
A quiet corner where you don't have to perform
If you've ever been in a group where someone says "Okay! Let's go around and everybody share!" and your soul immediately leaves your body, then you'll likely appreciate this.
I don't do popcorn style sharing.
I mindfully choose the order we'll share in, and we stick with it.
Because safety isn't something I announce. It's something I build into the structure of the room.
You don't have to perform vulnerability here.
You don't have to compete to be heard.
You get to arrive as you are (hot messes are always welcome here).
This first round is intentionally tiny.
This is the very first round of Boundaries & Belonging. I'm limiting it to 9 people total, including me.
Not to create artificial scarcity, but because I want enough space to actually know the people in the room.
Because you're helping me shape the very first round, founding members receive a 50% founding-round discount that won't be available for future rounds.
How it works
6 live sessions — 90 minutes each, every other week on Zoom
Maximum 9 people — small enough that you can actually bond
Mindful facilitation — no surprise popcorn style, no competing to be heard
Structured weekly themes — each session builds on the one before it
Guided writing prompts — yours to keep and return to long after the program ends
This probably isn't for you if...
You're looking for a quick fix or overnight transformation
You want a huge, bustling community full of extroverted energy
You're unwilling to journal (even a little)
You're currently in a mental health crisis that requires clinical support
You're hoping I'll tell you what your boundaries should be so you never have to trust your own judgment
That's not what we're doing here. I'm not going to become the new person you depend on to tell you how to live your life. I'm going to help you hear yourself.
But if you're thinking...
I am soooooo tired. I don't want to spend another year living like this.
I want to say no without feeling like an asshole.
I want to stop overthinking every damn interaction.
I want more time to read, to make things again, to go to yoga.
I want people in my life who understand me (because I’m so-over over-explaining).
Then we should probably talk.
Your investment
Most people think they need more hours in the day. I think you need fewer things pulling at your energy — and more permission to protect the time you already have.
Boundaries & Belonging is normally $997 (or 3 payments of $333).
Founding Round: 50% off = $499 (or 3 payments of $167)
This is an application-based program. Not to make you jump through hoops, I want to make sure this is the right space for you, and that the people in the room are a good fit for one another.
Ready to stop putting yourself last?
You don't have to know exactly how to fix this. You don't need a perfect plan. You just need to be curious about what might happen if you stopped treating yourself like the person who always comes last.

What happens next?
01 — I read your application. Personally, within 2 business days.
02 — We make sure it's a fit. If it's a good fit, I'll send you everything you need to enroll.
03 — We begin. You show up exactly as you are. I'll take it from there.
One last thing…
If there's a creative, curious, slightly weird part of you that's been waiting for some room to simply exist, maybe you don't need to become a better version of yourself.
Maybe you need a place where you can finally stop abandoning yourself.
That's what we're going to practice here. Only 9 spots in the founding round.
